The CODI Platform

Integration + Intelligence — built for growing businesses

Introducing CODI

CODI — Convergence Optimised Data Integration — is the platform we built to solve the integration challenges that off-the-shelf tools can’t handle.

At its core, CODI connects your eCommerce website to your business software and keeps everything in sync — orders, inventory, pricing, customer records, financial data — automatically, 24/7.

But integration was always about the data. Now CODI goes further.

The Intelligence Layer

CODI’s newest capability is a private AI layer that sits on top of your integrated data. Using open-source large language models (LLMs) running in your own dedicated infrastructure, CODI lets your team ask questions about your business — in plain English — and get instant, accurate answers drawn from your own live and integrated data.

No data leaves your organisation. No generic AI chatbot subscriptions. No risk of your sensitive business information being fed into someone else’s training pipeline.

For New Zealand businesses, where data sovereignty and the Privacy Act 2020 are real considerations, this isn’t just a feature — it’s a requirement.

For growing businesses globally, adding this intelligence layer across your organisation’s own data is a game changer!

Examples of What You Can Ask

  • “Which customers haven’t reordered in 90 days and usually order by now?”
  • “What’s my current stock of Product X across all warehouses, and when will I run out?”
  • “Show me all supplier invoices that don’t match the purchase order by more than 5%.”
  • “When does our next container arrive, and will it be here before the planned job starts?”

The key components of CODI are the CODI Core Engine [shown in the centre of the image below] and CODI Connectors.

CODI Connectors hook into the respective endpoint and are configured to push and pull data in and out of these. Endpoints are your business software application – whether on-premise or in the cloud – such as Enterprise Resource Planning [ERP], accounting or inventory management software as well as external 3rd party services you may be using [e.g. freight/shipping or 3PL providers and a range of others] and of course your eCommerce website.

CODI translates, validates and formats source data to be synchronised between endpoints for this to suit the target – and vice versa. Once CODI Connectors have been setup and configured to meet your specific requirements, you can put your mind at ease that data will be kept 100% in sync and up-to-date between the connected endpoints 24×7 fully automatically. Nice.

How CODI Works

CODI Core Engine sits at the centre, translating, validating, and formatting data between your connected systems.

CODI Connectors hook into each endpoint — your ERP, accounting software, eCommerce platform, logistics providers, and third-party services — and are configured to push and pull data to match your specific requirements and business processes.

CODI Private Intelligence (new) deploys a private AI model on top of your integrated data, enabling natural language queries across all connected systems.

Once configured, you can be confident that data is 100% in sync across all connected systems, fully automatically — and now, fully queryable.

CODI Connectors

There is an ever growing list of CODI connectors. Here are some of the available systems right now but contact us and we can develop software that connect CODI to your system if it is not on the list. Of course if you have a system that has been tailored for your business our engineers are ready to help as well.

ERP & Accounting Software

Use our common set of API endpoints to connect to a wide range of ERP and accounting software packages !!  CODI provides a set of common API endpoints for some of the most popular accounting solutions including NetSuite, Infusion, Attache, Accredo, Sage, MYOB EXO, MYOB AccountRight, Quickbooks etc. The list of integrated products is continually expanding.

We can, of course, also integrate with SQL based database (including Access, MSSQL and MySQL).

If your accounting package is not shown, make sure you contact us and we will see if we can add it to the list.

eCommerce Platforms

Typically we look for an API [Application Programming Interface] or other suitable method such as Web Services or even ODBC to programmatically push and pull data in and out of eCommerce platforms, online catalogues and shopping carts.

A growing list of CODI Connectors makes synchronising data with eCommerce platforms easy and expedient.
